The Bessie Ray Liddell Schuchard Education Endowment is awarded to a graduate student majoring in Elementary Education. In order to compete for this scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

• graduate level;


• majoring in Elementary Education;


• lives, or at one time lived, in Milam or Cooke counties, Texas.
