The Ruth and Dan Bates Endowed Scholarship in Business is awarded to a McCoy College undergraduate student based upon the following criteria:

• Recipient will be an Undergraduate pursuing a business degree
• In good standing with the university
• Preference to benefit sons/daughters of public school teachers in Bexar County
