Recipient is to be employed at one of the Henry family companies. Provide verification of employment and a letter of recommendation. Recipient must be enrolled full-time during the academic year the scholarship will be received.

Considering your lifetime goals, discuss how your current and future academic and extracurricular activities might help you achieve your goals. - Please upload a one-page personal résumé that outlines major academic awards/honors, leadership activities and non-academic activities and awards, as well as any work experience since high school.
