The Long Foundation Scholarship of the Reed Brantley and Lewis A. Parr Fine Arts Endowment (SL5096)

The Long Foundation Scholarship of Parr Fine Arts is an award for incoming freshman undergraduate students with outstanding academic credentials. This scholarship is a highly competitive award given to incoming freshman each year with outstanding academic credentials who declare a major within the College of Fine Arts . This is a highly competitive award with priority given to candidates who are first generation Hispanic students.

To compete for this scholarship, a student must meet the following criteria:

- Majoring within the College of Fine Arts
- Strong academic record (grades, class rank, SAT/ACT scores, etc.)
- Texas resident
- Hispanic
- First generation student
- Demonstrated financial need
