Barry and Susan Balser Endowed Scholarship (SB6442)

Barry and Susan Balser were both Texas State alumni; Barry received his BA in Business Administration in ’72 and his MA in Business Administration in ’74. Susan received her BS in Education in ’73.
Distribution from the endowment will be used to provide scholarships to students enrolled in the College of Education at Texas State.

• Recipient(s) will major in any education major within Curriculum and Instruction, and will have a GPA of 3.0 or better

Recipients will be selected by the Scholarship Selection Committee in the COE. Financial need should be a consideration in the selection process.
