1899 Society Endowed Scholarship (SS0021)

First-time recipient(s) must be a freshman enrolled full-time at Texas State University ranked in the top quartile of their high school graduating class;
The recipient must have a demonstrated record of leadership in either the university community or their community at large. Scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient maintains a 3.0 GPA.
