Lone Star College - Transfer Scholarship (SL0031) - Fall

This scholarship application is solely for students which will be transferring to Texas State from any Lone Star College System campus for the fall 2024 semester and meet all requirements listed below. All students planning to transfer spring semester should complete the _"Lone Star College – Transfer Scholarship (SL0031) – Spring"

The Lone Star College – Transfer Scholarship is a renewable award for transfer undergraduate students with outstanding academic credentials. This scholarship is a highly competitive award given to candidates transferring directly from a campus of the Lone Star College System. Additionally, candidates must have completed 24 or more hours of post high school transferable credits with a minimum 2.75 transfer GPA, enroll full-time at Texas State University, and be majoring in an eligible STEM major.

To compete for this scholarship, a student must meet the following criteria:

• Transferring directly from a campus of the Lone Star College System
  
• Be majoring in an eligible STEM major
  
• Must have completed 24 or more hours of post high school credit hours
  
• Enroll full-time at Texas State University as an undergraduate
  
• Minimum 2.75 transfer GPA

Renewal based on maintaining a 2.75 Texas State University GPA, remaining in an eligible major, full-time enrollment, and undergraduate status for an additional two years.
