CVS Health Foundation (SC0046)
The CVS Health Foundation Scholarship is intended for the support of Family Nurse Practitioner students during the course of their education to contribute to high quality outcomes in providing primary care.
Requirements:
- Must have successfully completed at least one term in the MSN-FNP program
- Good academic and clinical standing including a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Must be enrolled in a Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s Degree Program either on a full or part-time basis for the semester applying for the scholarship
- Must have service, worked in, or affiliations with rural or underserved populations —this can be as a student, volunteer, or professional capacity
Other considerations for the scholarship include:

- Provide a brief statement about yourself, your goals, and future plans as family nurse practitioner. Be sure to include your leadership skills and work ethic or experience.
- Discuss your involvement in professional, service, or volunteer work with underserved populations and or rural settings.
- Discuss how this scholarship will help you to be successful in the family nurse practitioner program.
