McCoy Scholar of Excellence (SM0064)

The McCoy Scholar of Excellence, valued at $32,000 ($8,000 per academic year) from Texas State University is awarded to incoming freshman each year with outstanding academic credentials who declare a major in business.

Acceptance deadline for this award is May 1, 2023.

To compete for this scholarship, a student must major in one of the qualifying majors in the College of Business and meet one of the following criteria:

• Top 5% of graduating class, or
  
• Valedictorian or salutatorian, or
  
• National Merit commended, semifinalist or finalist
