Rodeo Austin Scholarship (SS5465)

The Rodeo Austin Scholarship, valued at $16,000 ($4,000 per academic year) from Texas State University is awarded to incoming freshman each year with outstanding academic credentials who declare a major in business. This is a highly competitive award that is renewable for up to three additional years with priority given to candidates who reside within Travis County.

Acceptance deadline for this award is June 1, 2023.

To compete for this scholarship, a student must be in one of the qualifying majors and meet the following criteria:

• Business Major
  
• Financial Need
  
• Top 15% of graduating class (3.5+ GPA)
  
• Minimum SAT/ACT score of 1060/21
  
• Proven leadership in their school or community
  
• Graduated from a Texas high school
